Qualifications
A strong understanding of Community Reinvestment Act Requirements (CRA) and experience managing cross-functional teams in regulated settings
Strong leadership and communication skills
10+ years experience in banking and compliance
Experience with CRA community development, specifically investments and loans
Strong CRA compliance and examination experience
Proficiency in CRA regulatory requirements, implications, and change
Strong project management and process development
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset
Team oriented across multiple lines of business
Highly organized and time efficient
Extensive experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Director of CRA performance, this role will manage critical functions of the investment and lending tests
Serving as a CRA and Community Development (CD) subject matter expert and provide training and advisory services as needed to various areas of the bank
Monthly identification, research, and qualification and documentation of loans, investments, grants, and services of CD within the CRA or otherwise support the CBP.
Monthly verification that all necessary documentation supporting CD purpose has been obtained, if not work with the team to obtain. Including reviewing and writing detailed descriptions and cases for why activities qualify as CD in accordance with OCC requirements
Lead team responsible ensuring compliance/eligibility standards align with the community reinvestment act regulations
Manage internal relationships and meet regularly with business units and regions for collaboration in developing goals, strategies, and reviewing performance to meet the companys CRA objectives and close performance gaps
Prepare regular reporting that includes analytical narratives on CRA performance that assist senior management on key issues
Assist in preparation of PowerPoint materials (including graphing analysis) internal committee presentations and various projects as needed
Ensure compliance, adherence, regulatory reporting requirements, and examination deliverables are met for the investment and lending portions of the community reinvestment act
Assisting with development of performance context for CRA examination.
Provide responses to internal and external examinations when applicable
Lead and be a key contributor to projects in internal initiatives directly related to CRA modernization efforts

- Manages and assesses the general and detailed planning stages of organizational programs; participates in the development of strategies to ensure projects achieve overall program goals.
- Oversight and reporting for the overall program budget while working to ensure success of the program.
- Monitors and evaluates the implementation and effectiveness of the programs and recommends enhancements based on results.
- Coaches and develops program managers. Retains and grows relationships with service partner leadership to ensure seamless delivery and a consistent experience across multiple distribution channels.
